It also includes the use of quality components, proper pipe sizing and a well designed plan for good hydraulics. The irrigation installation process includes appropriate pipe depth, straight line runs where applicable, proper pipe line coverage (not covering pipes with large rocks and debris which can damage piping over time) and adequate tamping, leveling of soil for a smooth surface.
